The trust is
a public charitable and non-profit making undertaking
and the income accruing to the TRUST shall be
used only and totally for furthering the object
of the TRUST and no part of such income be shared
among the TRUSTEES or distributed at any one or
more of the TRUSTEES. |

- To establish Educational Institutions

- To provide Education at various
level to the students of all caste, community
and religion and particularly to the poor downtrodden
people.

- To provide professional education
and training.
|
|

- To conduct youth programme and
career counseling.

- To carry on research with regard
to Educational Activities.

of the FOUNDER OF THE TRUST AND OTHER

herein below as nominated by the FOUNDER OF
THE TRUST.

The Board of Trustees
shall have the discretion and power to the
following. |

- To collect and raise funds
through subscription, donations, grants,
loans, either secured or unsecured to
achieve the objects of the trust.

- To invest its funds from
time to time in any movable or immovable
or to lend money for any purpose of the
trust and to take and hold any properties
as securities for such loan.

- To help and assist other
similar institutions or enter into or
carry out any arrangement for working
with other institutions
|
|

- To grant scholarships, concessions,
financial assistance to the poor students
|
|
| |
- To constitute, conduct, defend,
intervene in or compromise legal proceedings
by and against the Trust, its officers
and members of the institutions.

- Generally to do all such
other acts, matters and things as may
be necessary incidental or conducive to
the attainment of the above objectives.

- To purchase, take by gifts
otherwise acquire or any interest there
in situated in any state, constant with
its being a public charitable Trust.
